1. What is your price to design a home?

Downey Home Designs does not have a set price. We estimate each design individually.



2. I have some pictures and some sketches of things i like, can you incorporate them into the design?

Yes, we can incorporate your sketches or photos into the design.



3. How do we start the design process?

First we will meet and go over your ideas of what your are wanting. I will then start designing the rough
plans for your project. We will then meet again and go over these drawings. If there are changes that
need to be made, I will go back and make the changes and we will meet again. If no changes are needed
then I will proceed with the final drawings. When I am done with the final drawings we will meet and I will
have your completed set of prints.


4. Are you able to show us 3-D views of our project?

I am in the process of updating my program to do 3-D views. I can also do models of your project.
